||Kelly Harkness is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a strong foundation in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Life Coaching. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2019. Kelly began her career at Chemung County Children and Family Services, where she supported children in foster care, facilitated family reunification, and provided vital guidance to parents navigating challenging circumstances.

Now in private practice, Kelly offers a compassionate, client-centered approach grounded in the Rogerian philosophy of meeting clients where they are. Her therapeutic style empowers individuals to find their own solutions through a collaborative and empathetic process.

Kelly is trauma-informed and integrates Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based practices into her work. Her holistic approach is enhanced by her certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher, promoting mind-body connection as a path to healing and resilience.

In addition to her clinical work, Kelly proudly serves as a Chief in the United States Navy Reserves, bringing leadership, discipline, and a deep sense of service to all areas of her life.
